PR & Investors Relations Department

Bayan Investment Holding Company has established a PR & Investors Relations Department to be responsible for making data, information and other reports available for present and prospective investors. The Department works independently to provide accurate data, information and reports in a timely manner through the generally known disclosure media, including the Company’s website.

The PR & Investors Relations Department is an integral part of the Corporate Governance framework of the Company. The Department manages the information and channels by which the efforts of the Board and the Executive Management are communicated to the public.

Official Spokespersons

Specific personnels are designated as the spokespersons to respond to individual’s inquiries made by members of the investment community or financial media addressed to the company regarding limited topics. Others within the Company may be delegated by the designated spokespersons to respond to the inquiries.

No person in the Company, other than the designated spokespersons, may respond under any circumstances to individual’s inquiries from the investment community or financial media unless specifically asked to do so by the designated spokesperson.

The PR & Investors Relations Officer shall be responsible for coordinating with the Board and Executive Management for responding to the Investor’s enquiries.
