The Investment Criteria for Al Noor Holding are:

• Industries: Main focus if ICT, and will accept Medical Technology opportunities.
• Region: Main Focus Kuwait, not neglecting CGG and Global Opportunities.
• Stage of Entry: Focusing primarily on mature companies, Secondary focus will be development/expansion stage companies.
• Size of Investment: from 50,000 to 300,000 K.D.

Also, in special cases, Al Noor Holding will participate in establishing new entities.
